Scrum master agile coach

Info.nl operates on a broad scope with multi-disciplinary client teams according to Scrum. Being Agile is our starting point in all services to clients and is, where possible, also applied to our internal processes.

For one of our client teams we are looking for an experienced scrum master/agile coach with experience as a scrum master in an innovative and changing (agency) environment.

We fully embrace agile development

You

By using different leadership styles you achieve maximum results. In addition you effortlessly work together with multiple disciplines. Good social skills are therefore key in making a difference.

As a scrum master you facilitate your team members so that they can focus fully on software development. During a sprint you support the team with development and ensure that all proceeds according to Scrum principles. You solve impediments, support the team and make sure all stakeholders are involved. You take charge in retrospectives and aim to continuously improve and stimulate the self-organising ability of the Scrum team. You see where processes can be improved and have the technical know-how.

In doing so, you always keep in mind who we work for: our customer.

You are a communicatively strong and enthusiastic scrum master, focused on working together. You combine technical vision with organisational skills. You aim to improve and have a sharp eye for scrum processes. You can substantiate your vision convincingly, to both product owners and team members (when is good ‘good enough’?). You are a strong organiser and can switch quickly and smoothly between tech talk and business lingo. You have a Higher Education degree (equivalent to a Dutch HBO degree), you have a Scrum Master certificate (Prince 2 is a pré), you have multiple years of experience as a scrum master and are able to act at management level.

We offer

In addition to a competitive salary with good secondary benefits, like 30 vacation days, we offer a self-sufficient and varied job in a creative environment that will inspire you to execute your ideas. We’re located in Amsterdam, a mere 10 minute walk from Central Station, in a beautiful building almost directly situated on the Nieuwmarkt, renowned for its bars and terraces. Nice colleagues, TGI-Friday drinks, hacking days, a canteen that caters for dream lunches, a walled garden for self-reflection and enough freedom to dare a colleague for a game of pool or table tennis.
